A rich Xinomavro (80%) Merlot (20%) Blend. It is a youthful wine with a rich and complex bouquet. Blackberries are commonly ascribed to it. Complex and well balanced, soft in the mouth with good clean tannins

Classic red, De-stem, Pre-fermentation maceration. Maceration 8-12 days. Elevage 6 Months in 225lt. oak barrels

Medium purple colour and intensity. Aromas of tomato, jam, plum and sour cherry and leather. Medium-bodied acidity and aftertaste and smooth tannins
