This Light pale pink colour with subtle purple highlights makes it stand out in the glass consults in one of the most food friendliest Rose's from Greece. Complex sweet aromas of pomegranate, sour cherry and wild strawberry aromas, while evolving in the glass, there are hints of caramel and vanilla, a sign of maturation in oak barrels. It's round, with a velvety feel.
The Moschópolis 8 rosé is a blend of, Xinomavro (70%), Syrah (30%). After fermenting with the natural native yeast, it matures for 8 months in used oak barrels along with the fine wine lees. Finally, it is bottled unfiltered to maintain all its features.

Vineyard
Dry cultivation vineyard on the slopes of a hilly area, overlooking the Aegean Sea and the mythical mountain of Olympus. At 500 meters above sea level, the soils are dating back to the Cretaceous geological period, full of schist stones, marble and graphite. The complexity of the soil is reflected in the complexity of the wine.
Tasting
It presents complex sweet aromas of pomegranate and cherry and aromas of wild strawberries, while, as it progresses into the glass, there are caramel and vanilla flavors, a sample of the ripening of the wine for 8 months in oak barrels. The mouth is round, with a velvety feel, as a result of staying in the barrel along with the fine lees. The alcohol is in absolute balance with the acidity and body, giving a sense of coolness, while the discrete tannins add complexity.
